【About applying PhD Candidacy Examination, Thesis Defense Oral Examination, & Originality Comparison of Thesis/Dissertation】
自即日起，有關資格考、學位考試及論文比對相關規定說明如附件，相關注意事項如下：
1. 進行論文比對時，請勿排除<1%之比對結果。
2. 學生申請學位考試時，除系所要求文件外，必須檢附文件如下：
電子檔：(1) 無違反學術倫理聲明書
                (2) 論文原創性比對（含比對全文及結果）
                (3) 指導教授推薦函
紙本：(1) 學位考試申請書
             (2) 學位論文摘要
             (3) 論文原創性比對（比對結果部分，不須附全文）

 From now, the instruction about applying PhD Candidacy Examination, Thesis Defense Oral Examination, & Originality Comparison of Thesis/Dissertation as attachment. As explained below:
1.     While using the comparison systems, please DO NOT exclude the comparison results which are <1%.
2.     Except the documents you department required, students need to hand in the documents as follows:
Files should be uploaded:
(1) CMU Graduate Student Academic Ethics Statement with the signature of your advisor.
(2) Originality Comparison of Research Paper. (including full text)
(3) Advisor Recommendation with the signature of your advisor.


Hard copy:
(1)China Medical University Application for Thesis Defense Oral Examination.
(2)Abstract of thesis/dissertation
(3) Originality Comparison of Research Paper. (only the comparison results pages)
